Using Macrows

Macrows provides a native macOS app and related website, download, account, and optional Cloud services.

You are responsible for how you use Macrows, the data you add to your projects, and compliance with laws that apply to your work.

Local app and Cloud features

Local Macrows projects are designed to run on your Mac. Optional Cloud features may require an account and may be subject to separate plan limits when paid plans are introduced.

Some features are experimental, beta, planned, or subject to change as the product develops.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you add to Macrows projects.

You give Macrows the limited permission needed to process hosted data only for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service when you use Cloud features.

Acceptable use

Do not use Macrows to break the law, infringe other people's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or distribute harmful content.

We may limit or suspend access to hosted features if needed to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance.

Downloads and updates

Macrows may provide app downloads, updates, release notes, and related files through the website or update services.

You are responsible for keeping backups of important local project files and for installing updates appropriate for your Mac.

No warranties

Macrows is provided as available. We aim to build reliable software, but we do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every business need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Macrows will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms as Macrows changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page.
